Get ready to hit the water at Morden’s Annual Paddlefest!
Join us for a fun-filled day of paddling at beautiful Lake Minnewasta! This fun annual event is a great opportunity to enjoy the water and try out different watercraft including canoes, kayaks, stand up paddleboards, a pedal boat, and a 10-person Dragon Boat!
Boat registration: Registration to sign up for the boats will be opening on Monday, May 25th at noon. Registration will close June 12th at 2pm. Walk-in accepted if space allows.
Kids activities include building a mini raft craft, colouring pages, games (‘fishing’ game, giant jenga, giant connect 4) and water safety talks.
Cost: Event is free, but gate fees still apply.
This is a joint event with the Manitoba Paddling Association.
