Solo Intermediate Moving Water

This Paddle Canada intermediate course will focus on skills for solo Class II and III whitewater. At the intermediate level, we look to refine your existing skills to make your paddling smooth and effortless. We like to say in Intro paddling you sweat a lot, while in Intermediate you sweat less. We will also step up the difficulty of maneuvers, and the rapids we practice in. By the end of the course, you should have a new appreciation for the current and change how you look at rapids.
